-حالة فنية ممتازة : أن تكون المركبات موثوقة و آمنة من الناحية الفنية؛ ذات مظهر خارجي جيد، بدون أي ضرر في الهيكل؛ أحزمة أمان و أضواء تعمل، و فرامل ونظام توجيه كهربائي يعملان، و الإطارات يتوافق مع قانون البلد و ظروف الطقس (الرمال والإطارات الممطرة).

السائق: كل الوثائق التالية يجب تقديمه كجزء من الطلب و إلا سيتم تجاهل الطلب المقدم.
1- السيرة الذاتية (يتضمن الأعمال السابقة).
2- صور المركبة (داخلية و خارجية)
3- رخصة قيادة عمومية فعالة من فئة ج على الأقل.
4- رخصة سير (مركبة) فعالة.
5- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل مع المنظمات الإنسانية.
6- يجيد القراءة و الكتابة باللغة العربية.
التشغيل:
يتحمل البائع تكاليف الصيانة الدورية وغير الدورية للمركبة دون انقطاع رحلات وبرامج منظمة الهيئة الطبية الدولية.*
إصلاح مشاكل السيارة أو الأعطال أو الأعطال على الفور.*
*سيتعين على السائقين متابعة سجل الأميال/صيانة السيارة (كم) واستهلاك الوقود وفقًا لإجراءات القياسية لمنظمة الهيئة الطبية الدولية.
تضمين نسخ من مستندات السيارة المهمة في السيارة، بما في ذلك نسخ من شهادات ملكية السيارة وشهادات التسجيل وما إلى ذلك.*

Announcement of a request to rent two vehicles with drivers for Tabqa, covering all IMC sites in northeastern Syria (as needed), for a period of 8 months, with the possibility of extension later

Duty location: Tabqa and all International Medical Corps sites in northeast Syria (as needed).
Duration: 7 months (with the possibility of extension).

Vehicle requirements:
-Vehicle Model: Hyundai H1 or equivalent.
-Vehicle manufactured year: 2017 or above.
-Minimum seater capacity: 10-seater
-Air conditioning: in the front and rear seats
-The technical condition is excellent: Vehicles are technically reliable and safe; have good external appearance, no body damage; working seatbelts, lights, working brakes and power steering, and tire tread depth meeting country law and weather conditions (Sand and rainy tire).
-Fire extinguisher, jack and spare tire.
Driver and operating requirements:
Driver: All the following documents must be submitted as part of the request, or it will be disregarded.
1- CV (Includes previous works).2- Vehicle photos (internal and external).3- Valid driving license (G) at least.4- Valid vehicle license.5- At least two years of driving experience working with humanitarian organizations.6- The driver is good at reading and writing Arabic.
Operating requirements:
• The vendor shall cover regular and irregular maintenance for the vehicle without interrupting IMC trips and programs.• Immediately repair vehicle issues, breakdowns, or malfunctions.• Drivers will be required to keep track of mileage/Vehicle Maintenance logbook (km) and fuel consumption as per IMCS standard procedures.• The vendor shall cover regular and irregular maintenance for the vehicle without interrupting IMC trips and programs.• The Organization is not responsible for any damage/accidents/mechanical issues.
