POSITION SUMMARY: Blumont seeks to engage a qualified Photography and Video Production 
Trainer Consultant to provide practical training for 36 youth participants or more in Mansoura. 
The consultant will build participants' skills in photography, videography, audio recording, lighting, 
basic drone photography, chroma key production, directing techniques, and video editing using 
Adobe Premiere Pro. The consultancy will support the implementation of the "Mansoura Through 
the Lens" Youth Social Cohesion Initiative and promote teamwork, youth leadership, positive 
storytelling, and social cohesion among participants from different backgrounds.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY 
The consultant shall:
• Develop a detailed training curriculum, session plans, training materials, and practical exercises.
• Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to evaluate participants' progress.
• Deliver practical training in photography, videography, camera operation, lighting, audio
recording, visual storytelling, chroma key production, basic supervised drone photography,
directing, and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Train 36 youth participants divided into four groups. Each group shall receive fourteen training
sessions consisting of ten classroom-based sessions and four supervised field practice sessions.
• Deliver training to two groups per day and ensure active participation and practical hands-on
learning for all participants.
• Supervise practical photography and video production assignments and provide technical
coaching and feedback.
• Support participants in producing photo stories, short videos, and other media products related to
the initiative.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding principles, informed consent requirements, privacy
standards, and responsible media practices.
• Submit attendance records, assessment results, and final training reports
LEVEL OF EFFORT (LOE): 28 Training Days
• The consultant will deliver training to two groups per day. The assignment consists of 56 training
sessions in total, equivalent to 28 training days.
