Invitation to procurement for Due diligence assessment, Syria

Dear Sirs and Madams,

I am pleased to inform you that your company is invited to take part in the request for quotation procedure for the above contract. The complete procurement dossier will include:

A.         Instructions to tenderers

B.          Draft contract and special conditions, including annexes

I.      General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts

II.     Terms of Reference

III.    Code of Conduct

IV.   Declaration for Tenderers Candidates and Suppliers

V.     Confirmation of Compliance

VI.   Financial Offer Form

C.          The interested service providers shall request the above-mentioned dossier by sending an email to the following address:

D.         Proposal Submission Form

We look forward to receiving your tender before the submission deadline at the address specified in the Instructions to tenderers.

By submitting a tender, you accept to receive notification of the outcome of the procedure by electronic means. Such notification shall be deemed to have been received by you on the date upon which the contracting authority sends it to the electronic address you referred to in your offer.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.

نتطلع لاستلام عرضكم قبل الوقت النهائي للتقديم على العنوان المذكور في ملف التعليمات.

بتقديم عرضكم، أنتم توافقون على استلام نتيجة الإجرائية بالوسائل الالكترونية. يعتبر أنكم استلمتم الإخطار من تاريخ إرساله من قبل السلطة المتعاقدة إلى البريد الالكتروني الذي أشرتم إليه في عرضكم.

إذا قررتم عدم تقديم عرض، سنكون شاكرين إذا أعلمتمونا بالسبب وراء قراركم كتابةً.
