Private international voluntary organization is issuing a Request for Information in Syria to seek the interest of service providers and the ability to provide legal services for the organization in Syria Country program. This is only intended for technical assessment purposes without including any financial input.

This RFI is open to local service providers. A detailed list of the required services is included in the Terms of Reference document.

Please submit your complete information and RFI documentation directly to below emails:
wos.procurement@rescue.org and copying Mohammed.Hamo@rescue.org.

Please use the following subject line when requesting the documents:
RFI – Legal Services.

Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to us using the email address specified in the RFI no later than 12 July 2026 at 01:00 PM.

All documents must fully and clearly respond to all questions and requirements outlined in the RFI. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the RFI. Failure to complete any part of the RFI documents or to provide the required documentation might result in disqualification from the bidding process.

Request for Information Objective

The objective of the RFI is to seek the interest of service providers and the ability to provide legal services for the organization Syria Country program. This is only intended for technical assessment purposes without including any financial input.

Scope of Work – Technical Requirement

Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.

Vendors should complete the Annex A - technical questionnaire and Annex B – VIF.

Vendor Submission

Vendors are expected to submit the following documentation

Vendors who wish to participate in the RFI Process should sent the information required to the following Email Address: wos.procurement@rescue.org, copying Mohammed.Hamo@rescue.org before the 12 July 2026, 01:00 pm.

This RFI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not request any bids or proposals at this stage; we are seeking information on your business for internal evaluation and to support in building our tender documentation.

Your response to this RFI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in tender or be selected for any procurement with IRC.
