• - Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
   
• - سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة تلقائيًا.
   
• - A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held on 26/01/2026 at 14:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the organization’s representative office in Hasake (address will be shared upon offer request). 
   
• - ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 26/01/2026 الساعة الثانية ظهرا (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة في الحسكة (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند طلب العرض).  
   
• - As well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 27/01/2026.  
   
• - وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع teams مع العرض، ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الجلسة التعريفية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في 27/01/2026 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.
   
• - It is highly recommended to attend a pre-tender information session prior to bidding. 
   
• - يوصى بشدة بحضور جلسة معلومات ما قبل المناقصة قبل تقديم العرض.  
   
• - The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids. 
   
• - لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
