دعوة للمشاركة في طلب تقديم العروض بالرقم المرجعي:

Dears all,

• Please note that you have to send following documents:

-       Copy of the RFQ

-       Company registration documents

-       Past Experience

-       Mention the lead time

-       these papers are mandatory

. Specify the brand of the materials provided in the quotation table

The RFQ  will be in US Dollars (USD), the payment will be settled in Syrian Pounds (SYP) according to the payment methodology approved by the organization.

The applicable exchange rate will be determined based on the average exchange rate issued by the Central Bank of Syria (CBS) and the prevailing market exchange rate at the location of the relevant field office on the date of payment.

The payment amount will be calculated according to the following formula:

Payment Amount (SYP) = Supplier Invoice Amount (USD) × [(Average Banking Exchange Rate + Average Market Exchange Rate) ÷ 2]

Accordingly, the amount stated in the supplier's invoice will remain in USD, while the actual payment will be made in SYP based on the applicable exchange rate calculated on the payment date in accordance with the above methodology.

                                                                                                                              الرجاء العلم ان يجب عليكم ارسال عرض السعر لكم لغاية  يوم  الخميس              22/10 / 2026                                                                                                                                

                                                                                                                              تحديد ماركة المواد المقدمة في جدول عرض السعر                                                                           

                  سيكون طلب عرض الأسعار (RFQ) بالدولار الأمريكي (USD)، على أن تتم تسوية الدفعة بالليرة السورية (SYP) وفقًا لآلية الدفع المعتمدة من قبل المنظمة  

وسيتم تحديد سعر الصرف المطبق استنادًا إلى متوسط سعر الصرف الصادر عن مصرف سورية المركزي (CBS) وسعر الصرف السائد في السوق في موقع المكتب الميداني المعني في تاريخ الدفع.

وسيتم احتساب مبلغ الدفعة وفقًا للمعادلة التالية:

مبلغ الدفعة (بالليرة السورية) = قيمة فاتورة المورد (بالدولار الأمريكي) × [(متوسط سعر الصرف المصرفي + متوسط سعر الصرف في السوق) ÷ 2

وبناءً عليه، سيبقى المبلغ الوارد في فاتورة المورد بالدولار الأمريكي، في حين سيتم سداد المبلغ فعليًا بالليرة السورية، وذلك استنادًا إلى سعر الصرف المطبق والمحتسب في تاريخ الدفع وفقًا للآلية الموضحة أعلاه
