Subject: Rent Out H1 Vans and Ambulances for NES Bases

Médecins du Monde – España (MdM-Spain) seeks to award a contract for the rental of vehicles for its offices in RAQQA, Hassekeh, and Kobani

and an ambulances for Raqqa Tabqa  governorate

working days are 6 days per week

This activity is implemented within the

 framework of the project:

“Strengthening the resilience of conflict-affected communities and the public primary health care system in Northeast Syria (NES),”

Deadline for submission of offers: Monday, 22nd December 2025, at 4:00 PM (Syrian Time).

Please note that all costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the proposal will not be reimbursed.

Please submit your financial offers and all the needed documents in a closed envelope to the Medicos del Mundo offices by hand to the following address:

• RAQQA, Behind ABO ALHEAF Gas station, next to ALFATEH Mosque
• Hassakeh, Almufti neighbourhood, next to the Save the Children's office
• Kobani: 48 street in front of Bozan Bek's house.

Note that the following documents are mandatory for the submission of the offer:

1. Vehicle ownership documents
2. Valid public transport driver's license.
3. all the attached documents
4. Financial offer as per the attached file, complete, stamped, and signed by the service provider.
5. The service provider must clearly and explicitly state their place of work (Raqqa, Hasakah, Kobani) on the sealed envelope.
6. A copy of the applicant's CV.

الموضوع: تأجير فانات H1 و سيارات اسعاف لمكاتب شمال شرق سوريا

تسعى منظمة أطباء العالم - إسبانيا (MdM-Spain) إلى منح عقد سنوي لاستئجار سيارات إسعاف في الرقة و الطبقة  (ايام العمل هي 6 ايام في الاسبوع) و سيارات H1 في شمال شرق سوريا في الرقة والحسكة وكوباني.

يُنفذ هذا النشاط في إطار مشروع "تعزيز صمود المجتمعات المتضررة من النزاع ونظام الرعاية الصحية الأولية العام في شمال شرق سوريا".

3. رخصة قيادة نقل عام سارية المفعول
4. عرض مالي حسب الملف المرفق، مكتمل ومختوم وموقع من مقدم الخدمة.
5. يجب على مقدم الخدمة ذكر مكان عمله (الرقة، الحسكة، كوباني) بوضوح وصراحة على الظرف المختوم.
6. نسخة من السيرة الذاتية للمتقدم.
