Introduction / المقدمة

World Vision International (WVI) invites qualified suppliers to submit a Letter of Interest (EOI) to participate in the tender titled:
“In-kind support (Seedlings, Plantings, and Solar Energy Systems) for the Social Enterprises Groups – Reference No. 4175686.”

تدعو منظمة الرؤية العالمية (WVI) المورّدين المؤهلين لتقديم خطاب إبداء اهتمام للمشاركة في المناقصة بعنوان:
“ الدعم العيني (الشتول، الزراعات، وأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية) لمجموعات المشاريع الاجتماعية – الرقم المرجعي 4175686.”

Scope of Work / نطاق العمل

The scope of this tender includes, but is not limited to:

• Supply of seedlings and agricultural plantings.
• Supply of solar energy systems and related components.
• Delivery of all items in accordance with WVI technical specifications.
• Final delivery locations will be shared with the awarded supplier.

يشمل نطاق العمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:

• توريد الشتول والزراعات الزراعية.
• توريد أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية ومكوناتها ذات الصلة.
• تسليم جميع المواد وفق المواصفات الفنية لمنظمة الرؤية العالمية.
• سيتم مشاركة مواقع التسليم النهائية مع المورّد الفائز.

Requirements for EOI Submission / متطلبات تقديم خطاب إبداء الاهتمام

Interested suppliers must submit:

• Formal Letter of Interest.
• Company profile.
• Valid company registration documents.
• Authorized contact person details.
• Signed supplier registration form.
• Confirmation of ability to supply and deliver items as per the scope.

يُطلب من المورّدين المهتمين تقديم ما يلي:

• خطاب إبداء اهتمام رسمي.
• الملف التعريفي للشركة.
• مستندات تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول.
• معلومات الشخص المخوّل بالتواصل.
• نموذج تسجيل الموردين موقّع.
• تأكيد القدرة على التوريد والتسليم حسب نطاق العمل.
