Dear Sir/Madam,

World Vision International (WVI) invites qualified contractors to submit a Letter of Interest for participating in the tender for ITB 4026667-Procurement and Installation of Solar Power System

Upon receiving and reviewing the Letters of Interest, WVI will provide the full Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents to eligible and interested contractors.

تدعو منظمة الرؤية العالمية WVI المقاولين المؤهلين لتقديم خطاب إبداء اهتمام للمشاركة في مناقصة رقم 4026667 – توريد وتركيب نظام الطاقة الشمسية

عند استلام ومراجعة خطابات الاهتمام، ستقوم منظمة الرؤية العالمية بمشاركة مستندات الدعوة للمناقصة (المقاولين المؤهلين والمهتمين).

Project Location / موقع تنفيذ المشروع

The project will be implemented in Al-Hasakeh countryside area, North East Syria (NES).

سيتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع في منطقة ريف الحسكة – شمال شرق سوريا.

Contractors must have the ability to access this area and deliver all required materials to the designated project locations.

يجب أن تكون لدى المقاولين القدرة على الوصول إلى هذه المنطقة وتوصيل جميع المواد إلى مواقع المشروع المحددة.

Requirements for the Letter of Interest:

Interested contractors must submit the following:

• A formal Letter of Interest, indicating willingness to participate

• Company/personal CV

• Valid Company/personal Registration Documents

• Authorized Contact Person’s Details (name, position, email, and phone number)

• Signed supplier registration form

All the above documents must be attached to the submission email.

متطلبات خطاب إبداء الاهتمام:

يجب على المقاولين المهتمين تقديم ما يلي:

• خطاب إبداء اهتمام رسمي يُعبر عن الرغبة في المشاركة

• ملف تعريف الشركة او للافراد (السيرة الذاتية والملف التعريفي)

• مستندات تسجيل الشركة او للافراد غير منتهية الصلاحية

• تفاصيل الشخص المخول بالتواصل (الاسم، المنصب، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف)

• نموذج تسجيل الموردين موقع

يجب إرفاق جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه مع البريد الإلكتروني المرسل.

Manner of Submission:

• Letters of Interest and required documents must be submitted via email to: Jordan_tenders@wvi.org​

• Email Subject Line must state: EOI 4026667-Procurement and Installation of Solar Power System

• Deadline for submission: EOD November 4, 2025

Late submissions may not be considered.

Next Steps:

Following the review of received Letters of Interest, WVI will invite the eligible contractors to participate in an electronic sourcing event. Contractors will receive an email invitation with the subject: World Vision International Sourcing Event, through which they will access the full tender package (ITB documents), including detailed specifications, scope of work, submission instructions, and pricing format.

الخطوات التالية:

بعد مراجعة خطابات الاهتمام المستلمة، ستقوم منظمة الرؤية العالمية بدعوة المقاولين المؤهلين للمشاركة في فعالية توريد إلكترونية. سيستلم المقاولون دعوة عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعنوان: World Vision International Sourcing Event، ومن خلالها يمكنهم الوصول إلى مستندات الدعوة للمناقصة الكاملة، بما في ذلك المواصفات التفصيلية، نطاق العمل، تعليمات التقديم، ونموذج التسعير.

• World Vision International reserves the right to accept or reject any expression of interest, cancel the tender process, or modify requirements without obligation or liability.
