Médicos del Mundo España (MdM) invites qualified suppliers to submit their quotations for the supply, assembly and delivery of 1,300 hygiene kits under the project “Prepositioning of Hygiene Kit Stock for Crisis Modifier HIP25” in Raqqa, Syria, financed by ECHO.
Each kit must be assembled by the supplier from the items listed below and packed inside a large carton box, so that every box is a complete, ready-to-distribute kit.

Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. All costs incurred in preparing and submitting a quotation are borne by the supplier and will not be reimbursed by Médicos del Mundo España.
Evaluation criteria
Quotations will be assessed against the following criteria:
1. Physical existence of the shop / company.
2. Compliance with MdM-Spain requirements.
3. Experience in the same nature of services.
4. Payment terms and conditions (before or after supply).
5. Payment mode (bank transfer, cheque, wire transfer or cash).
6. Delivery leads time.
7. Submission of samples / availability for physical check of the requested items.
8. Registered supplier in the country (attach the company license).
