“Materials for PSS activities ’’

مواد لنشاطات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي

Concern Worldwide, intends to award a supply contract for the ’’Materials for PSS activities ’’with financial assistance from ECHO and BHA Donor. 

تعتزم منظمة كونسيرن العالمية، منح عقد توريد لـ مواد لنشاطات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي بمساعدة مالية من المانح ECHO وBHA.

The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, bidding is open to all qualified suppliers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع المزودين المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) مجانًا من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:

• Concern office in Manbij / مكتب كونسيرن في منبج

• Concern office in Raqqa / مكتب كونسيرن في الرقة

Or via email syria.procurement@concern.net clearly writing the Procurement Reference in the email subject line.

* The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in NES (Manbij and Raqqa) in a sealed envelope with the mention “CWW-SYR-033580-1024-Protection‘’ not to be opened before 10^th of November 2024 at 14:00 pm (Syria time)

يجب تقديم العرض إلى قسم المشتريات بمكاتب كونسيرن في سوريا (منبج والرقة) بمظروف مغلق مع ذكر    “CWW-SYR-033580-1024-Protection” لا يتم فتحه قبل 10/11/2024 الساعة 14:00مساءا (بتوقيت سوريا)

أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني syria.procurement@concern.net تكتب بوضوح مرجع المشتريات " CWW-SYR-033580-1024-Protection"  "في سطر موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

Late Bids will be automatically rejected                                                                                       . سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا                       

*Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

*تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.

*Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.

*لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها المتنافسون فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى كونسيرن.
