SMART Foundation invites you to submit bids for the renovation of bathrooms at the (Ratla and Al-Karama Al-Gharbiya) schools in the Raqqa countryside, according to the table of contents outlined in the tender document.

How to apply

1. The prices in the price quotation and Bills of Quantities No. 1 and No. 2 must be clear and accurate.
2. The price quotation, Bills of Quantities No. 1 and No. 2, Designs No. 1 and No. 2, Selection Criteria, and Technical Specifications must be signed and stamped.
3. The quotation, along with supporting documents, must be submitted in sealed envelopes and placed in the tender box at one of the Smart Foundation offices in Raqqa or Qamishli.

4. Write only the price quotation number (2026-CO-0009) on the sealed envelope before placing it in the tender box at:

   Smart Office in Raqqa (Al-Badu District) or Smart Office in Qamishli (Al-Siyahi District, west of the Municipal Stadium).

5. Date for receiving quotations: April 8, 2026
6. Deadline for receiving quotations: April 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Please ensure you read the selection criteria carefully, as they contain detailed information about the evaluation mechanism and scoring system. You are also required to specify the expected timeframe for completing the work in the designated table.

• The attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) is completed correctly and without any errors.
• All quotation documents are arranged in one package in the following order:

1. Request for Quotation with fully sealed and signed Bills of Quantities
2. Selection criteria, designs, and technical specifications, all fully sealed
3. Similar work experience
