A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria invites companies to submit their offers for Rehabilitation of Thiban and Abu Hardoub Health Centers in Deir Ezzor governorate.

منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا، تدعو الشركات إلى تقديم عروضها لأعمال إعادة تأهيل مركز ذيبان الصحي و مركز أبو حردوب الصحي في محافظة دير الزور

• The tender documents (in English and Arabic) can be requested exclusively by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org

• يمكن طلب وثائق المناقصة (باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية) حصريا عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على syria.operations@acted.org

• Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the 29/09/2025 by email to syria.operations@acted.org and the Email subject should be:

• يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في يوم 29/09/2025 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني إلى  syria.operations@acted.org  وينبغي أن يكون موضوع البريد الإلكتروني:

• Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

• سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

• Registration (or Approval Letter) in Deir Ez Zoor Civil Council (DCC) is Mandatory within 3 days upon Acted’s request.

• التسجيل (أو خطاب الموافقة) في مجلس دير الزور المدني (DCC)  إلزامي في غضون 3 أيام بنا ًء على طلب أكتد.

• A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held on 22/09/2025 at 14:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the organization’s representative office in Hasake (address will be shared upon offer request).

• ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 22/09/2025 الساعة الثانية ظهرا (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة في الحسكة (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند طلب العرض). 

• As well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 23/09/2025. 

• وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع teams  مع العرض، ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الجلسة التعريفية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في  23/09/2025 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.

• It is highly recommended to attend a pre-tender information session prior to bidding.

• يوصى بشدة بحضور جلسة معلومات ما قبل المناقصة  قبل تقديم العرض. 

• The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

• لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.

• For all inquiries regarding this tender, please share by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org not later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 25/09/2025 local time in Syria.

• لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذا العطاء، يرجى المشاركة عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني في syria.operations@acted.org في موعد أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا 13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في 25/09/2025  بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا.
