A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria invites companies to submit their offers for Rehabilitation of sewage networks in Basira and Thiban towns, Deir Ezzor Governorate.

منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا، تدعو الشركات إلى تقديم عروضها لأعمالإعادة تأهيل شبكة الصرف الصحي في بلدتي البصيرة وذيبان، في محافظة دير الزور.

• The tender documents (in English and Arabic) can be requested exclusively by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org

• يمكن طلب وثائق المناقصة (باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية) حصريا عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على syria.operations@acted.org

• The Deadline for Offers submission is extended to no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the 27/10/2025 by email to syria.operations@acted.org and the Email subject should be:

• تم تمديد الموعد النهائي لإرسال العروض الى أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في يوم 27/10/2025 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني إلى  syria.operations@acted.org  وينبغي أن يكون موضوع البريد الإلكتروني:

T/16GDL/M8DRWH/HSK/WASH&SNFI/05-10-2025/1

• Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

• سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

• Registration (or Approval Letter) in Deir Ez Zoor Civil Council (DCC) is Mandatory within 3 days upon Acted’s request.

• التسجيل (أو خطاب الموافقة) في مجلس دير الزور المدني (DCC)  إلزامي في غضون 3 أيام بنا ًء على طلب أكتد.

• The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

• لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
