Category: “Hiring Transportation Service (Vehicle with Driver-Minibus) for Hassakeh City, 
Syria”.
Below you can find detailed VEHICLE & DRIVER SERVICE APPLICATION FORM. Please see the

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:
1. BLUMONT INT is seeking to establish Service Agreement for the duration of (04) Four
Months.
2. The Transportation Service (including driver, Fuel, Maintenance, taxes as per government 
rules, Communication, per dieum, spare parts and other expenses with UNLIMITED KM 
moving within the base location to all other locations in Syria) from service provider.
3. The rental of vehicles including driver to serve BLUMONT’s operations in Hassakeh City 
and various locations within Syria and be available to the rental 8 hours. But this may be
adjusted as per BLUMONT needs) per day, 5 days per week, 8 hours a day for Daily rental.
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least (3) years driving experience (driving license issuance date shall be no lessthan 
3 years).
• Driver must speak Arabic and Basic English is preferred.
REQUIRED VEHICLE:
• Provide a Modern vehicle (Minibus / Van) of the model of Year 2018 and above, (11 
Seats), From the origin of the provision of services to transport the staff of the 
organization and materials from work Location and to the locations as per the 
organization requirement.

مقدمة عامة:

1. تسعى منظمة BLUMONT INT إلى إبرام اتفاقية خدمة لمدة (04) أربعة أشهر.

1. يتكفل مقدم الخدمة بتقديم خدمات النقل (بما يشمل: السائق، الوقود، الصيانة، الضرائب وفقاً للقوانين الحكومية، لاتصالات، البدل اليومى، قطع الغيار، والنفقات الأخرى مع كيلومترات غير محدودة للحركة من موقع القاعدة إلى جميع المواقع الأخرى في سوريا.
2. يشمل الإيجار المركبات مع السائق لخدمة عمليات منظمة BLUMONT في مدينة الحسكة ومواقع مختلفة داخل سوريا، وتكون المركبة متاحة للإيجار لمدة 8 ساعات يومياً (وقد يتم تعديل ذلك حسب احتياجات المنظمة)، بمعدل 5 أيام في الأسبوع للإيجار اليومي.

مؤهلات السائق:

• خبرة في القيادة لا تقل عن (3) سنوات (يجب ألا يقل تاريخ إصدار رخصة القيادة عن 3 سنوات).
• يجب أن يتحدث السائق اللغة العربية، ويفضل معرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية.
  توفير مركبة حديثة (حافلة صغيرة / فانMinibus / Van ) من موديل سنة 2018فما فوق، بسعة ( 11مقعداً
