Below you can find detailed VEHICLE & DRIVER SERVICE APPLICATION FORM. Please see the

kindly requested to abide by the dates & details mentioned.

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

1. BLUMONT is seeking to establish Service Agreement for the duration of (2) Two

Months.

2. The Transportation Service (including driver, Fuel, Maintenance, taxes as per government

rules, Communication, per dieum, spare parts and other expenses with UNLIMITED KM

moving within the base location to all other locations in SYRIA) from service provider.

3. The rental of vehicles including driver to serve BLUMONT’s operations across various

locations in SYRIA and be available to the rental 8 hours (usually from 8:00 AM to 4:00

PM, But this may be adjusted as per BLUMONT needs) per day, 5 days per week, 8 hours a

day for monthly rental.

4. In case of working more than 8 hours per a day, or to work during Saturdays/Fridays, the

extra hours/days will be compensated by giving off day/hours based on the number of the

extra service hours when the work schedule allows.

5. The availability is for 5 days per a week (40 hours), if it happened a public holiday occurred

during the 5 days per a week and there is a need for the service, the bidder/service

provider will be requested to be available for the service.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least (3) years driving experience (driving license issuance date shall be no less than

3 years).

• Driver must have ability to speak Kurdish /Arabic language and Basic English is

preferred.

REQUIRED VEHICLE:

1. Provide a Modern vehicle (Pick Up) (2 Ton) of the model of Year 2018 and above, with

Driver. From the origin of the provision of services to transport the staff of the

organization and materials from work Location and to the locations as per the

organization requirement.
