A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria invites companies to submit their offers for Rehabilitation of floor tents and Installation of Solar Light in Tabqa stadium emergency collective center.

منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا، تدعو الشركات إلى تقديم عروضها لإعادة تأهيل أرضيات 115الخيم و تركيب إنارة شمسية في مركز الطوارئ الجماعي في ملعب الطبقة.

• Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the  17.11.2025 by sealed envelope to the organization's office in Raqqa.
• Minimum offer validity period required: 3 months min; ideally 6 months

• يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا 13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في يوم 17.11.2025 عن طريق الظرف المختوم الى مكتب المنظمة في الرقة.

• الحد األدنى لمدة صالحية العرض المطلوبة : 3 أشهر كحد أدنى، من الناحية المثالية 6 أشهر.

• Late offers will be automatically rejected.

• سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

• The bidders must submit a copy of valid commercial registration certificate of the company in Northeast Syria when applying for this RFQ, or within 3 days upon ACTED’s request.

• يجب على مقدمي العطاءات تقديم نسخة من شهادة السجل

  التقدم لهذا طلب العروض، أو في غضون 3 ايام من طلب أكتد.
