سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) مجانًا من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:

* The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention  “CW-SYR-22446-1024-WASH not to be opened before 4^TH  November 2024 at 14:00 pm (Syria time), Or via email syria.procurement@concern.net clearly writing the Procurement Reference “CW-SYR-22446-1024-WASH” in the email subject line.

يجب تقديم العرض إلى قسم المشتريات الكونسيرن في مظروف مغلق مع ذكر " CW-SYR-22446-1024-WASH " لا يتم فتحه قبل 04/11/2024الساعة 14:00 مساءا (بتوقيت سوريا) أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني syria.procurement@concern.net تكتب بوضوح مرجع المشتريات " CW-SYR-22446-1024-WASH  في سطر موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

Late Bids will be automatically rejected                                                                                       . سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا

Suppliers from same area are highly advised to apply and will be given priority if they submit complete competitive bids                                                                    ننصح بشدة الموردين من نفس المنطقة بالتقدم وسيتم منحهم الأولوية إذا قدموا عطاءات تنافسية كاملة

*Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

*تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.

*Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.

*لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها المتنافسون فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى كونسيرن.

*Concern will only use companies that have an operational presence, and thus can demonstrate ability to directly-implement the project without sub-contracting, in the target location.

*ستقوم منظمة كونسيرن باختيار فقط الشركات التي لها وجود عملي في المنطقة وبالتالي يمكنها إثبات قدرتها على تنفيذ المشروع بشكل مباشر دون التعاقد مع أطراف اخرى في الموقع المستهدف
