الى الشركات ذوي السمعة الطيبة في شمال شرق سورية: للاشتراك بالمناقصة لتوقيع عقد نقل وإعادة تركيب مركز التعليم المؤقت بالحتاش/الرقة.

An international NGO invites for submission eligible companies for applying for Transportation and re-installation for Hatash TLC /Raqqa.

 منظمة غير حكومية تدعوا الشركات النظامية للتقديم من اجل توقيع عقد نقل وإعادة تركيب مركز التعليم المؤقت بالحتاش/الرقة.

Tender documentation with detailed instructions can be obtained from CVT Offices at Raqqa and Manbij during working days between 9.00 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 29 of September 2024 or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@pinf.cz

1. # Site Visit: The suppliers are invited to check the project site located in the old TLC in (Hatash village in the northern countryside of Raqqa) with our CVT engineer on DATE:   22/09/2024 at 10:00

Note: Visiting the site is not mandatory, but if you do not attend the visit, the company will lose the visit points (8 points in the technical evaluation)

In the event of a visit, visiting companies must attach a visit paper signed and stamped by the company after the signature of the organization’s representative during the visit, (Annex VIII)

# زيارة الموقع: ندعو الموردين لمعاينة موقع المشروع الواقع في مركز TLC القديم في (قرية حتاش في ريف الرقة الشمالي) مع مهندس CVT بتاريخ: 22/09/2024 الساعة 10:00

ملاحظة: زيارة الموقع ليست إلزامية، ولكن في حال عدم حضور الزيارة تخسر الشركة نقاط الزيارة (8 نقاط في التقييم الفني)

في حال الزيارة يجب على الشركات الزائرة إرفاق ورقة زيارة موقعة ومختومة من قبل الشركة بعد توقيع ممثل المنظمة أثناء الزيارة، (الملحق الثامن)

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة واستكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد المتقدم.

 Tender offers have to be submitted to CVT before closing date and time: 30-September -2024, 12:00 p.m. Syrian local time to following email address:secure.bid@pinf.cz

عروض الأسعار يجب ان تقدم الى منظمة سي في تي قبل تاريخ اغلاق المناقصة قبل 30\09\2024، الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا 12:00 ظهرا سوريا الى عنوان البريد الالكتروني التالي:  secure.bid@pinf.cz

Envelope opening session will be held on 30/09/2024 by 02:00 p.m. Syrian local time CVT office in Raqqa, the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.

ستعقد جلسة فتح المغلفات يوم 30\09\2024 الساعة 02:00 في مكتب منظمة CVT، في الرقة: المناقصين أو ممثليهم المفوضين مدعوين لحضور جلسة فتح المغلفات.
