 SUBJECT: INVITATION TO Request for Quotation: Supply and Delivery of Printed Materials

Dear Mr./Ms. 

Following the invitation to Request for Quotation referenced above, you may download the tender documents from the link here: FD-AMU-1006_Supply and delivery printed meterials

The Request for Quotation Documents Should be sent

-         by email to the following email address: hsk.supply@solidarites-syria.org

-        Or by sealed envelope to Solidarités International office in Hasakah city.

The RFQ submission deadline will be on 11th October 2026 at 4:30 PM Syria Time.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting the offer, and SI will not be responsible or liable for those costs.  

Bidder’s Questions and Responses

Any bidder who has inquiries or questions regarding this tender may submit them via email to hsk.supply@solidarites-syria.org. All questions must be submitted no later than 7th October 2026. Responses to all submitted questions will be made available on 8th October 2026 by downloading the file titled “Appendix 01 – Bidder’s Questions and Responses” from the same link of Tender Documents, the bidders can get the response.

يجب إرسال اوراق عروض السعر:                        

-         عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي:  hsk.supply@solidarites-syria.org

-        او عن طريق ظرف مختوم إلى مكتب منظمة سوليدرتي الدولية في مدينة الحسكة.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض  سيكون بتاريخ  11 تشرين الأول 2026  الساعة 04:30 مساءً بتوقيت سوريا 

يتحمل مقدم العطاء جميع التكاليف المتعلقة بإعداد وتقديم العرض، ولن تتحمل منظمة سوليدرتي الدولية أي مسؤولية أو تبعات قانونية عن هذه التكاليف

أسئلة المتقدمين والإجابات عليها:

يمكن لأي متقدم لديه استفسارات أو أسئلة بخصوص هذه المناقصة إرسالها عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى

يجب تقديم جميع الأسئلة في موعد أقصاه 7 تشرين الأول 2026 ستُتاح الردود على جميع الأسئلة المُقدمة في                 8 تشرين الأول 2026 عن طريق تحميل الملف المعنون "الملحق 1 - أسئلة وردود المتقدمين" من نفس رابط وثائق المناقصة
