An international NGO invites competent and reputable companies in North East Syria for:

                ( Establishment of Framework Agreements for purchasing Hygiene Kits in NES)

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from CVT offices in NES, Manbij, Raqqa, Deir Azzor and Hassaka. between 9.00 a.m. 4.00 p.m. during working days before October 24, 2024 or upon request via email: procurement.nes@pinf.cz

يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة التي تحتوي على إرشادات مفصلة عن المناقصين والنماذج التي يجب تعبئتها بواسطة مقدمي العروض من مكاتبCVT  في شمال وشرق سوريا في منبج و الرقةو دير الزوروالحسكة، وذلك بين الساعة 9:00 صباحًا و4:00 مساءً خلال أيام العمل قبل 24 أكتوبر 2024، أو عند الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني: procurement.nes@pinf.cz 

Sealed financial with physical samples for the requested items to be submitted to Manbij CVT office before closing date and time: 27/10/2024 at 12:00 p.m Syria local time.

يجب تقديم عروض العطاء مع العينات للعناصر المطلوبة لتقديمها إلى مكتب CVT في منبج قبل تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق: 27 / 10 / 2024 الساعة

12:00 مساءً التوقيت المحلي السوري.

Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

العروض التي تستلم بعد اغلاق المدة لا تؤحذ بعين الاعتبار.

Sealed envelope with CVT address should be marked with the following text:

يجب وضع علامة على المغلف المختوم بعنوان CVT مع النص التالي :

The envelope opening session will be held on 27/10/2024 at 12:01 PM in the CVT Manbij Office in NES. suppliers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.

ستعقد جلسة فتح للمغلفات في 27/10/2024 الساعة الثانيةعشر  ظهرا ودقيقة واحدة في مكتب المنظمة في منبج في شمال شرق سورية ويدعى العارضون أو ممثلوهم المخولون لحضور جلسة فتح المغلفات.
