Tender documentation, including detailed instructions for bidders and the required forms to be completed, may be obtained from PIN Offices in Aleppo or Raqqa between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on working days, or by email at syria.procurement@peopleinneed.net.

Physical Tender offers Submission of Bids – Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to the PIN Offices at the following addresses:

• Aleppo Office: Aleppo – Nile Street – Al Souq Al Mahali Neighbourhood

• Raqqa Office: Raqqa – Aleppo Road – West of Al-Furat Hospital

تقديم العروض – يجب تقديم العروض ضمن مغلف واحد مختوم وموجه إلى مكاتب منظمة PIN على العناوين التالية:

• مكتب حلب : حلب – شارع النيل – حي السوق المحلي

•مكتب الرقة: الرقة – طريق حلب – غرب مشفى الفرات

Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

لن يتم النظر في العطاءات المستلمة بعد تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق.

The envelope opening session will be held on Monday, 03/11/2025 at 13:00 (Syrian local time) at the PIN Office in Aleppo. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives are invited to attend the envelope opening.
