A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria invites companies to submit their offers for Providing and installation of roadway Solar lighting in Hasake governorate.

منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا، تدعو الشركات إلى تقديم عروضها لتقديم وتركيب إنارة شمسية للطرق في محافظة الحسكة.

• The tender documents (in English and Arabic) can be requested exclusively by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org

• يمكن طلب وثائق المناقصة (باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية) حصريا عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على syria.operations@acted.org

• Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the 29/10/2025 by email to syria.operations@acted.org and the Email subject should be:

• يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في يوم 29/10/2025 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني إلى  syria.operations@acted.org  وينبغي أن يكون موضوع البريد الإلكتروني:

• Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

• سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

• The site visit is mandatory for the bidders on 22/10/2025 from 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM in the site.  The Bidders shall stamp and sign the attendance sheet on Acted’s template when visiting the site to prove their attendance. Missing Stamp on the attendance sheet might lead to not considering the Bidder’s site visit.

زيارة الموقع الزامية لمقدمي العروض بتاريخ 22/10/2025 من الساعة 12:00 لغاية الساعة 02:00 ظهرا  في الموقع.  يجب على مقدمي العروض ختم و توقيع نموذج أكتد لورقة الحضور عند زيارة الموقع لإثبات حضورهم. عدم ختم ورقة الحضور قد يؤدي الى عدم اعتبار زيارة الموقع لمقدم العرض.

• The site visit will be held to explain to the bidders what requirements, machinery and works are needed to implement the project, in addition, Acted will respond to all bidders' inquiries during the site visit.

• خلال زيارة الموقع سيتم شرح لمقدمي العروض ما هي المتطلبات والآلات والأعمال اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سترد أكتيد على جميع استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات خلال زيارة الموقع.

• A written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization’s office on 23/10/2025. 

• سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب المنظمة في يوم 23/10/2025

• The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

• لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.

• For all inquiries regarding this tender, please share by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org not later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 27/10/2025 local time in Syria.

• لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذا العطاء، يرجى المشاركة عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني في syria.operations@acted.org في موعد أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا 13:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في 27/10/2025  بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا.
