A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for Providing and Installing Soil Laboratory Equipment with training in Tabqa city, within Raqqa Governorate.

منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض توريد وتركيب معدات مخبر التربة مع التدريب على المعدات في مدينة الطبقة ضمن محافظة الرقة.

The Request For Quotation document (in English and Arabic) can be requested exclusively by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org 

The closing date of offers submission is 06/10/2024 at 13:00 PM Syria time in One File by email to syria.operations@acted.org 

The Information Session will be held on 01/10/2024 at 14:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) (address will be shared upon RFQ request)

As well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. 

The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

الموعد النهائي لإرسال العروض هو 06/10/2024 الساعة 13:00 ظهرا بتوقيت سوريا في ملف واحد عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى syria.operations@acted.org  

ستعقد جلسة المعلومات بتاريخ 01/10/2024 الساعة 14:00 ظهراّ (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند  طلب العرض).

وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع teams مع العرض. ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الجلسة التعريفية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا. 

لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
