Our humanitarian non-governmental organization in northeastern Syria announces the launch of a tender for the purchase of Medical Consumables-Low risk for NES to obtain an annual contract (FWA) for one year that could be extended in accordance with related standards and conditions related to the number: #RI/SYR/NES/2024/096

 not after 30 April 2024, and your inquiries will be answered as soon as possible where this Email is specified only for receiving technical quires and clarifications and not for getting tender package.

The deadline for submitting the bids/Offers is May 14, 2024, at 4:00 pm from the date of the announcement.

Please submit the Bids/offers by hand in a sealed envelope, signed and stamped, writing the tender number and company name with the seal and clearly signing the envelope.

The sealed envelope must include the following documents with the correct filling of the information, sealing, and signing of all the following documents as indicated in the bid file as well:

Cover Letter.

Annex A RI Bid Form - Invitation to Bid No.

RI/PR/SYR/NES/2024/096.

Annex B Tender and Contract Award

Acknowledge Certificate.

Annex C

Conditions of Tendering.

Annex D Copy of Contract or Agreement

(which will be signed by the successful Bidder).

Legal valid registration to work in the country of operation (proven registration).

Experience with similar contracts (at least two

contracts), during the last four years. Clear Pictures of materials.
