Late Offers will be automatically rejected.
A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held on 18/06/2025 at 14:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the organization’s office in Deir Al Zour Governorate or Online through Teams link (as mentioned in the Tender document).
The location of suppliers’ warehouse (or location of samples) shall be within Northeast Syria, and it will be subject to Acted’s Security Clearance.
The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

يجب أن يكون موقع مستودع المزود )أو موقع العينات( ضمن شمال شرق سوريا وستخضع هذه المواقع الي التصاريح الأمنية من قبل منظمة أكتيد.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
