- Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the 22/09/2025 by email to syria.operations@acted.org and the Email subject should be: T/16GHN/91BHSS/HSK/WASH&SNFI/08-09-2025/1 |
- Late Bids will be automatically rejected. |
- A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held on 15/09/2025 at 02:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the organization’s representative office in Hasaka (address will be shared upon offer request). |
- As well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 16/09/2025. |
- It is highly recommended to attend a pre-tender information session prior to bidding. |
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids. |
