MAG International is seeking proposals for the provision of hawala/informal value transfer services to deliver funds and distribute payroll monies across all areas of Syria where MAG operates or may operate, including but not limited to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Idlib, Latakia, Tartus, Daraa, Suweyda, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa, and al-Hasakah. Services include payments to third parties via collection at bidder office locations throughout Syria.

MAG requires swift, full-amount cash delivery, with the capacity to pre-finance payments as necessary. Bidders must be able to accept international transfers in multiple currencies and via different delivery mechanisms (SWIFT, SEPA, and alternatives).
