A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria invites companies to submit their offers for Providing and Installing electrical transformer 400 kVA for Western SALHABIYEH village.

• The Deadline for Offers submission is extended to no later than 13:00 PM (local time in Syria) on the 04.12.2025by sealed envelope to the organization's office in Raqqa.

• Minimum offer validity period required: 3 months min.

• تم تمديد الموعد النهائي لإرسال العروض الى أقصاه الساعة الواحدة ظهرا 13:00(بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في يوم04.12.2025 عن طريق الظرف المختوم الى مكتب المنظمة في الرقة.

• الحد األدنى لمدة صالحية العرض المطلوبة : 3 أشهر كحد أدنى.

• Late offers will be automatically rejected.

• سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

• The bidders must submit a copy of valid commercial registration certificate of the company in Northeast Syria when applying for this RFQ, or within 3 days upon ACTED’s request.

• يجب على مقدمي العطاءات تقديم نسخة من شهادة السجل 

  التجاري سارية المفعول للشركة في شمال شرق سوريا عند 

  التقدم لهذا طلب العروض، أو في غضون 3 ايام من طلب أكتد.
