Call for Applications
World Vision Syria Response (WVSR) is seeking a skilled photographer, videographer, storyteller, and video editor to support its projects in Northeast Syria (Deir ez-Zor, Hassakeh, and Raqqa).
We invite qualified individuals or service providers to submit their offers to deliver high-quality visual content and storytelling that highlights WVSR's work and impact across the region.
Scope of Work:
- Capture powerful photos and video footage of project activities, beneficiaries, and facilities.
- Collect and write compelling success stories in English, including quotes and photographs.
- Produce 1:30–2-minute edited videos with interviews, b-roll footage, subtitles, name tags, music, and end cards.
Possible Work Locations:
- Deir ez-Zor / Hajin area
- Hassakeh
- Raqqa
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, editing, and story writing.
- Ownership of professional equipment (camera, microphones, stabilizer, tripod, etc.).
- Strong command of written English.
- Ability to align content with World Vision’s branding and communication standards.
Notes:
- The consultant will be responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and logistics.
- WV consent forms must be used for all individuals featured.
- Raw video project files must be submitted along with final content.
