A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria and invites suppliers to submit offers for Rehabilitation of Hora drinking water station, Mansura Sub-district, Ar-Raqqa Governorate

منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المزودين لتقديم عروض إعادة تأهيل محطة مياه الشرب الهورة ، ناحية المنصورة، محافظة الرقة

Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 Syria Time 30/06/2025 by email at syria.operations@acted.org with reference

The site visit is mandatory for the bidders on 23/06/2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the site.

The Pre-Tender Information Session is mandatory for the bidders and it will be held on 23/06/2025 at 13:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) (address will be shared upon offer request)

In Addition, a written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 24/06/2025.

The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

زيارة الموقع الزامية لمقدمي العروض في 23/06/2025، من الساعة 10:00 صباحا لغاية الساعة 12:00 ظهرا  في الموقع. 

حضور جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة إلزامي من قبل مقدمي العروض و ستعقد في23/06/2025  الساعة الواحدة ظهراّ (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند  طلب العرض).

 بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في  24/06/2025  موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.

لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
