· Participate in training sessions prior to conducting surveys and registration activities.
· Collect field data under the supervision of the project team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with training standards.
· Obtain informed consent from participants before conducting surveys.
· Record and upload data daily using KOBO application.
· Ensure confidentiality of participant data and treat all respondents with respect at all times.
· Execute tasks according to the timelines set by the supervisor, respecting working hours and deadlines.
· Submit daily activity reports to the direct supervisor and clean and review data regularly.
· Perform any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
· University degree is preferred, or secondary school certificate (Baccalaureate).
· Previous experience in field data collection within NGOs working in relief, development, or related sectors.
· Fluency in Arabic; Ability to provide narrative responses and qualitative inputs in English.
· Proven experience in conducting in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and working with key informants.
· Demonstrated experience using KOBO or similar data collection applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of the local context, community priorities, constraints, and socio-cultural dynamics.
· Ability to travel easily and familiarity with the mentioned work locations.
Working location: Al-Hasakah & Ar-Raqqa
