Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that activities are aligned with project objectives, donor requirements and the organization's policies.
Prepare detailed work plans, BOQs for each project in collaboration with the project team and
community action groups.Field supervision of the implementation of the projects and monitoring the progress of the work according to the set standards.
Providing technical support and guidance to participants to ensure proper implementation and sustainability of activities.
6. Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective implementation of activities.
Track project progress, collect feedback, and recommend improvements for future interventions.
Documentation of implementation progress through reports, photos, and success stories for the projects.
Follow up on adherence to humanitarian policies and the principles of transparency and accountability, especially when selecting beneficiaries and implementing activities.
Prepare periodic reports (weekly and monthly) on the progress of activities, including challenges, solutions and recommendations.
Contribute to evaluating the impact of activities on the community and share lessons learned with the project management.
Ensure the integration of protection and gender concepts in project implementation.
Ensure the sustainability of the micro measures by preparing an exit plan and providing technical recommendations that sustain initiatives after the end of funding.
Prepare and sign a memorandum of understanding with local authorities, the community, or any entity that will take over the project after the end of its implementation to ensure its
sustainment.
University degree in economics, agriculture, community development or related field.
At least 3 years of practical experience in food security and livelihoods projects, especially in
community-based contexts and rural areas.
Good understanding of approaches to community-based interventions and community participation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups, especially in multicultural and resource-constrained environments.
Ability to write reports in Arabic and preferably in English.
Good computer literacy and basic computer applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking initiative when needed.
Commitment to the organization's mission, values and code of conduct.
‹ Familiarity with humanitarian principles and relevant labor regulations.
• The work requires frequent field visits and high abilities to work under pressure.
