The following describes the specific responsibilities and the required skills, competencies, and qualifications/ experience for the position of Tailoring Trainer based in HSK City, Those holding the position of Tailoring Trainer Incentive Worker will work with the ORGANIZATION education Youth Center delivering training sessions on Tailoring to youth beneficiaries in selected communities.
. Training young people the basic skills in tailoring men's, women's and children's clothing.
2. Giving theoretical and practical sessions in the field of Tailoring.
3. Training youth on the types of tailoring machines and their use
4. Training youth on how to maintain the safety of work equipment.
5. Training youth on how to maintain their safety while using the equipment.
6. Conducting interim and final assessments of adolescent girls and following up on their professional progress.
7. Carry out and contribute to any activity related to the job under the supervision of the direct manager.
8. Adhere to the security and safety rules of the organization.
9. Adhere to the organization's work and job behavior rules.
10. Ensure that the environment in which young people work is safe and welcoming.
11. Carrying out the interim and final evaluation and registration of youth under the supervision of the direct manager
The knowledge and ability to work on various tailoring machines.

Qualifications/Experience:
• At least six years of experience in the field of tailoring.
• High school or institute certificate in Tailoring vocation.
• Preference will be given to those who have related experience with youth training.
