Aid Gate Organization (AGO) is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The Roving Project Manager will oversee the effective implementation, coordination, and monitoring of all project activities aimed at addressing key barriers to women’s entrepreneurship through tailored support. The Project Manager will ensure that all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget. This role involves regular travel to different project locations and close coordination with local teams, stakeholders, and partners. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination with stakeholders, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in diverse and challenging environments. A degree in a relevant field and experience in humanitarian or development projects are preferred.
