  1.  Implement psychosocial support activities with children, adolescents, and caregivers.
  1.  Support the monitoring and evaluation team to improve the support provided to target groups.
  1.  Plan sessions based on the established curricula and provide the necessary session tools for adolescent and child groups.
  1.  Monitor beneficiary attendance and progress and update daily logs to document attendance and progress.
  1.  Address behavioural issues during psychosocial support activities
  1.  Support and identify vulnerable individuals in need of individual counselling.
  1.  Refer vulnerable individuals to protection officers.
  1.  Submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the psychosocial support program supervisor.
  1.  In agreement with the psychosocial support supervisor, perform other reasonable duties in line with your skills and experience.

Required qualifications:                                                                                                                                           

  1.  A university degree in one of the following fields (psychology, counseling, sociology), or a related field.

 

  1.  In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation and policies.
  1.  At least two years of experience facilitating psychosocial support activities

 

  1.  Experience with adolescent and caregiver protection programs.

 

  1.  Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

 

  1.  Proven experience communicating with vulnerable individuals and caregivers.

 

  1.  Proven experience planning and implementing psychosocial support activities for children
  1.  Experience working with displaced persons is a plus.

 

  1.  Ability to communicate and listen.

 

  1.  Ability to work within a team.
