Contribute to health care: Assist nurses in providing health care to patients in accordance with recognized medical standards and procedures.
• Contributing to assisting nursing staff by triaging and sorting patients according to need and maintaining order in the waiting room
• Sterilization and hygiene: Contributing to maintaining high standards of sterilization and hygiene in the health unit or hospital.
• Monitoring and documentation: Help monitor patients’ condition and record vital data accurately and appropriately.
• Respecting patients’ privacy: Ensuring that patients’ privacy and confidentiality are respected, and Health care is provided in a professional and respectful manner.
• Contributing to educational media: Participation of the patient and his family members in the health education necessary to understand their condition and treatment
Nursing Certificat: He/she must have a recognized certificate in nursing from a recognized nursing school, college or academy.
• Experience: It is preferable to have previous work experience in the field of nursing or health care, for two years or more.
• Communication skills: Good skills in communicating with patients and their family members.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Flexibility: The ability to adapt to different environments and work at changing times
