Responsible for supervising the construction of the mobile clinic in Al-Hasaka Governorate, Al-Hasaka City, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the work on-site. This includes continuous coordination with the line manager and the Technical Advisor Department representative. Additionally, ensuring the quality of raw materials used and the compliance of items provided as per the BOQ and mobile clinic drawings. The role also involves providing creative and practical solutions to challenges encountered on-site, and maintaining clear communication by submitting daily and weekly reports to both the line manager and the Technical Advisor Department representative
- Supervise on-site construction and assembly of prefabricated or mobile units in accordance to the design drawings, BOQ and technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and field teams during the installation of structures, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, in coordination with and subject to approval from the Technical Advisors’ Department representative.
- Assess structural integrity and ensure safety, durability, and mobility of the unit.
- Provide daily reports and updates to the line manager and technical advisors’ department representative
- preparing a detailed construction timeline for the mobile clinic project, outlining all phases of work to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Supervise the handover process of the mobile clinic from the contractor to World Vision, ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Required Professional Experience
Minimum 3 year of experience in steel structure construction, prefabricated caravans, RHUs, or mobile shelter.
Preferable experience in NGOs, humanitarian or development contexts.
- Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
