
The HR Assistant at will commence her maternity leave on 1st November, creating a temporary gap in the completion of various tasks such as archiving and preparing IDs at the main organization office in NES. This temporary position will be supervised by the HR Officer and will support any tasks assigned by the HR Officer, including scanning, filing, preparing IDs, or other related duties as needed.
Implementing quality HR archiving procedures to ensure the highest control and data security of employee documents and information;
Maintaining a filing system for new joiners.
Scanning and printing documents.
Printing ID cards.
Arranging HR induction and supporting HR Assistant in Amman with administrative recruitment tasks, such as preparing the meeting room and providing candidate lists to guards.
Assist in the day-to-day of HR administrative functions for Hasaka-based employees, including casual staff.
Any other tasks assigned by HR Officer.
At least a bachelor’s degree. (English Literature is a preferable major for this position).
It’s preferable to have More than 6 months of experience working with INGOs in Operations department. Working in HR Department is preferable.
Good computing skills- and experience in using MS Office applications.
It’s preferable to have someone from local people in Qamishli if possible.
Good administrative skills and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet
Ability to develop positive working relationships with the team, professional, resilient, and solution-oriented
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details.
Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
