POSITION SUMMARY: Blumont seeks to engage a qualified Computer Skills, Basic Camera and AI
Tools Trainer Consultant to provide practical training for 36 youth participants or more under the
Tawsi'a Digital Learning and Study Zone initiative. The consultant will equip participants with
practical skills in computer use, Microsoft Office applications, internet use, responsible use of
artificial intelligence tools, photography, and basic video editing while promoting teamwork, peer
learning, digital literacy, and social cohesion among participants from different backgrounds

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY
The consultant shall:
• Develop a detailed training curriculum, session plans, and training materials.
• Conduct baseline and endline assessments.
• Deliver practical training on computer basics, file management, internet use, email, Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deliver practical training on responsible use of AI tools, including prompt writing and ethical use
of artificial intelligence applications.
• Deliver practical training on basic camera operation, photography, media file management, and
basic video editing.
• Train 36 youth participants or more divided into three groups of 12 participants each.
• Deliver a total of 72 training sessions, equivalent to 14 sessions per group.
• Supervise practical assignments and final participant projects.
• Monitor attendance and participant progress throughout implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, privacy, data protection, and responsible use of digital
tools.
• Submit attendance sheets, assessment results, and final training reports
LEVEL OF EFFORT (LOE): 39 Training Days + 4 Preparation/Reporting Days = 43 Days
