Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Check all doors and windows to be sure they are locked.
Make floor-by-floor check of all buildings; starting from the door of the roof and down, once every one hour during nightly assignment.
Make sure the front yard and the entrance of the office are clean and tidy.
Take out the trash bags on a daily basis or when needed.
Turn on /off the generator of the building when requested by the logs team.
Make sure all lights, ACs, stoves, fans...etc.. are off after all staff have left the office.
Report any security incidents to the line manager and the office manager.

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors about the organization activities and types of assistance.
Receive complaints and requests for assistance.
Turn on /off the generator of the building when requested by the logs team.
Other duties may be from time to time assigned by his supervisor.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education and Qualifications
At least one year of prior professional experience in a similar position.
The ability to read, write and follow written directions in Arabic.
Good communication skills, courteous and treats others with respect.
Trustworthy and high personal integrity
Available for night-time and weekend shift work.
