Triage all the cases including suspected cases in the health center.

• To fill tally sheets, Patient file, referral form and referral registration, AOB requested by NGO and Health Authority.

• Data collection on the General, SRH, Dressing and referral registers and share the data to the data officer in the organization.

• Provide medical emergencies and first aid care for emergency cases.

• Health education and Nutrition counselling.

• Referral cases by the ambulance to secondary or specialist centers.

• S/he will be responsible for the quality of consultations.

• Perform test required and available.

• Take and record vital sign for all patients.

• To follow NGO and international standard protocols for IPC,Case management and screening.

• management, organization of the center and monitoring process

• Drug management: realize drug and consumables orders, follow-up consumption and expiration date.

• Work closely with medical staff to ensure quality of care.

• Act as a clinical resource and monitor the patients during testing and referral.

• Participate in professional development of self, ensuring mandatory educational requirements are attended in calendar time.

• Actively participate in and attend all education activities within the center and outside.

• Actively support and participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement activities.

• Follow and practice infection control policies and procedures.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment within the confines of the clinic for clients, visitors and other staff.
