Location:

One based : Qamishli Office

One based : Roj camp and Qamishli Office

  • Support Finance department in filling and archiving the financial documents.
  • To ensure that each transaction data is accurate and supporting documents related to procurement are complete and filed properly.
  • Support finance in checking incentive payments and drivers…
  • Support finance in checking and scanning food fresh vouchers payments and archive it probably.
  • Work on scanning and preparing timesheet tracker and follow up with staff.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Any other duty requested by Line in line with SCI policies and procedures..

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in Finance, Administration or any other related position
  • At least one year’s experience in finance, Administration or any other related position with INGOs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different people.
  • Very good verbal and written English skills.
  • Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet-based research
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven ability to handle challenging workload

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Finance qualification required, preferably University Degree in accounting or business administration.
