The Pharmacist will be responsible for manage drugs, medical supplies and equipment, by receive, storage and dispense medications according to prescriptions and to WHO guidelines. He will have to report any issues related to medical commodities and is the primary responsible for the management of the pharmacy. He/she reports to medical officer and technically to pharmacist officer.
1. Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
2. Monitoring the prescriptions that have been filled.
3. Responsible for following up and ensure the Receive and store incoming drugs and supplies, verify quantities by Waybills.
4. Preparing stock releases according to needs and monthly consumption.
5. Preparing distribution plan according to needs order that he/she received from pharmacist assistants
6. Pharmacist will be responsible for coordination with supply chain team about transportation and delivery dates from Warehouses to HFs.
7. Monitoring the registration and consumption that submitted from Pharmacist assistant or dispensers.
8. Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage. Apply hygiene standards in all medical activities.
9. Attend meetings related to pharmaceutical and medical commodities meetings.
10. Monitor the consumption register update by daily.
11. Monitoring the Temperature and humidity monitoring and updating temperature sheet by daily basses.
12. Ensuring that no expiry drugs will deliver to patient and be aware about the expiration date and report to his/her line manager about any expiration at HFs.
13. Coordinating with team leader in health facility or doctor about the near expiry dates.
14. Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Essential criteria
· official certificate from Pharmacy faculty
· Local Language is essential
· Must have at least two years of experience working as a pharmacist with NGO
Desirable criteria
· good knowledge of excel
· Good level in English language (reading, writing and speaking) .
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- have good Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
