  1.  Coordinate with caregivers to obtain informed consent for children's participation in psychosocial support activities 
  1.  Register children who wish to participate in activities focused on psychosocial support

 

  1.  Maintain accurate records of attendance of children and caregivers participating in psychosocial support activities

 

  1.  Ensure the environment where activities take place is safe

 

  1.  Assist psychosocial support teachers in delivering the psychosocial support curriculum to children and caregivers

 

  1.  Prepare materials for sessions

 

  1.  Maintain inventory of materials used in activities and submit requests to the direct supervisor

 

  1.  Record attendance at sessions 
  1.  Assist teachers during delivery session
  1.  Ensure and maintain confidentiality of files and their systematic and secure storage
  1.  Other tasks as needed

  1.  University or institute degree 

 

  1.  Proven experience working with children and caregivers

 

 Previous knowledge and experience with protection programs 
  1.  Good oral and written communication skills

 

 Proven experience communicating with vulnerable people and caregivers
 Experience working with refugees is a plus
  1.  Ability to communicate and listen

 

  1. Excellent analytical skills

 

  1.  Ability to work within a team

 

  1. Good organizational and reporting skills

 

  1.  Respect for professional confidentiality

 

  1.  Computer skills and data collection software (COBO).
