In coordination with the MEAL Senior Officer, and the MEAL Team, collect baseline data in line with the objectives outlined in the proposal.
Develop tools to be used for each activity.
Travel to all work areas to carry out surveys and conduct individual and focus-group interviews in target areas of work.
Prepare and submit narrative reports based on the findings both in all work areas and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
Provide training in assessment & monitoring methodologies to relevant staff.
Support the development of surveys for assessment & monitoring purposes.
Support in the design and operation of databases for the entry and analysis of survey data.
Support the design and daily functioning of the Complaints Response Mechanism
Preparing visibility materials according to the visibility guidelines before releasing any external documents.
Coordinate with program team and prepare case studies
Managing the hotline phone number of the accountability mechanism.
Receiving complaints and feedback from beneficiaries/IP and recording them in the accountability database.
Following up and addressing all the complaints and feedback received from patients and IP according to the category and timetable.
Making sure there are enough visibility materials (posters, leaflets, business cards, etc..) and complaint and feedback boxes.
Other duties as assigned.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in MEAL
Proven experience with the following:
Conducting M&E activities for trainings (pre/post-tests) and workshops
Data collection through household visits, interviews, and FGDs.
Data Interpretation, Data Analysis, and Data Representation.
Report writing skills.
Willingness to undertake regular field visits.
The salary will be defined regarding the SAMS’s Office salary scale on-going.
