  1.  Lead and supervise a team of psychosocial support workers, ensuring the provision of high-quality psychosocial services and activities
  2. Provide regular supervision and guidance to the team of psychosocial support workers and enhance their psychosocial support skills.
  3. Coordinate with local community leaders, relevant service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful communication and participation in the project
  4. Analyse and assess potential risks to the progress of activities.
  5. Periodically update activity requirements and assess activity needs.
  6. Monitor daily activity plans and progress according to the allocated timeline.
  7. Develop activity schedules that are consistent with the team's capabilities and the available conditions at the work sites
  8. Oversee the development and dissemination of awareness campaigns, ensuring cultural appropriateness and alignment with community needs
  9. Prepare case management conferences
  10. Collaborate with relevant bodies, organizations, and institutions to improve services and support provided to target groups.
  11. Participate in regular meetings and prepare reports submitted to the PSS Coordinator.
  12. Oversee the development and maintenance of the project database and ensure that all team members adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and beneficiary data protection protocols.
  13. Facilitate the collection, analysis, and communication of information related to the overall status of child protection risks in the areas of operation.
  14. Collaborate closely with the MEAL team to ensure appropriate mechanisms for measuring indicators and analysing data.
  15. Develop and implement a tracking system and prepare reports on key indicators, including beneficiary numbers, satisfaction levels, and intervention effectiveness.
  16. Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to prepare regular progress reports, highlighting successes and challenges.
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Requirements ترجم للعربية

  •  Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling, or sociology.
  •  Proficiency in English.
  •  Leadership and coordination skills with proven ability to engage with communities and stakeholders
  •  Previous experience in the field of humanitarian work and child protection of not less than three years
