Responsible of all the activities in the Outpatient Therapeutic feeding Program “OTP”.

• Evaluate all the malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women cases in the health center.

• To fill all the register, Patient file, referral form and tally sheet.

• Data collection on Normal, SAM, MAM cases and share it with data officer in the organization.

• Health education and counselling about the IYCF and other required Nutrition.

• Referral cases who have complications to specialist center.

• S/he will be responsible for the quality of Community Management of Acute Malnutrition cases.

• Performs test required and available “Appetit test”.

• Follow up Malnutrition cases on the weekly basis andrecord all the required indicators and findings.

• To follow NGO and international standard protocols for IPC, Case management and screening.

• Management, organization of the center and monitoring process.

• RUTF management: realize drug and consumables orders, follow-up consumption and expiration date

• Work closely with medical staff to ensure quality of care.

• Participate in professional development of self, ensuring mandatory educational requirements are attended in calendar time.

• Actively participate in and attend all education and trainingactivities outside and within the center.

• Actively support and participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement activities.

• Follow and practice infection control policies and procedures.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment within the confines of the clinic for clients, visitors and other staff.

• Coordinate with the Supervisors from the supported NGO to ensure implementation of the CMAM at the OTP.
