The following describes the specific responsibilities and the required skills, competencies and qualifications/ experience for the position of Life Skills Trainer based in HSK City. Those holding the position of Life Skills Trainer Incentive Worker will work with ORGANIZATION education Youth Center delivering training sessions on life skills to youth beneficiaries.
Implementing life skills training sessions for the youth at the youth vocational training center.
− Preparing materials and activities for theoretical and practical training sessions
− Working on and participating in developing curriculum of life skills in cooperation with line manager and education technical officer
− Abiding by ORGANIZATION security and safety rules
− Abiding by code of conduct and ORGANIZATION regulations and policies
Other Tasks
− Participating in conducting assessments and registration of new beneficiaries
− Participating in coaching and assessing the youth
− Doing and participating in any activity relevant to the job under supervision of line manager
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with the youth and endure work pressure
- Possessing administrative and report writing skills
Qualifications/Experience:
- University or institute degree in sociology, psychology, education, humanities, or any relevant field
- Previous experience in education, delivering training, or experience in any relevant field is preferable.
