The Public Relations Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the public image of the airline. This role involves maintaining a positive reputation, handling media relations, and managing crisis communication. The PR Manager works closely with marketing, customer service, and the executive leadership team
Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the airline’s services, achievements, and brand image.
2. Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media inquiries.
3. Monitor public opinion and media coverage, and address any reputational issues.
4. Handle crisis communication and provide timely, accurate information during incidents or emergencies.
5. Organize and coordinate press conferences, events, and sponsorships.
6. Maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
7. Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and official statements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in public relations or media relations, preferably in the airline or tourism industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
