Job Profile:
The Project Manager will oversee the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of Relief
International’s OCHA and ECHO projects in Deir Al Zor and Al-Hasakeh governorates, Northeast Syria,
ensuring high-quality delivery, strong coordination, and compliance with donor requirements and
organizational standards. The PM may also manage other donor projects in NES if required.
The role will ensure that projects achieve their objectives on time and within budget while maintaining
program quality, accountability, and integration with broader organizational priorities. The perspective
candidate will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to support project
delivery in a dynamic operating context.
The role will lead project management processes across multiple functions and locations, while
coordinating with area- and country-level leadership. You will navigate operational complexities,
including fluid security conditions, political developments, logistical and their operational challenges,
ensuring adaptive and resilient project management.
