
Monitoring and Managing Crowds: Oversee the flow of individuals to ensure a smooth and organized environment.
• Identifying and Resolving Risks: Detect potential risks or disturbances and take appropriate actions to resolve conflicts.
• Conducting Safety Checks: Regularly perform safety inspections and enforce security measures to maintain a safe environment.
• Providing Patient Service: Deliver excellent service to patients, addressing their needs professionally and courteously.
• Collaborating for Safety: Work closely with event management and law enforcement to ensure the safety of all individuals.
• Emergency Response: Act promptly and efficiently in emergencies to aid and maintain order.
• Enforcing Rules: Ensure that all patients comply with the facility's rules and regulations.
• Handling Difficult Situations: Manage challenging or aggressive individuals with tact and diplomacy to prevent escalation.
• Organizing Patient Flow: Coordinate the sequence of patients for consultations, provide updates on expected waiting times, and guide them accordingly.
• Answering Patient Inquiries: Respond to patients' questions and provide essential guidance on infection prevention and control.
• Directing Patients: Guide patients to the appropriate service locations within the facility.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform any other tasks as requested by the manager or supervising staff.
• A university degree.
• Proven experience working as a guard, queue organizer, or a related position for at least two years, preferably with an NGO.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven ability to work humanely and courteously with all visitors.
