The following describes the specific responsibilities and the required skills, competencies, and qualifications/ experience for the position of Barber Trainer based in HSK City Those holding the position of Barber Trainer Incentive Worker will work with ORGANIZATIONeducation Youth Center delivering training sessions on Haircutting toyouth beneficiaries in selected communities
Training young people on the basic skills of men's shaving.
2. Giving theoretical and practical lessons in the field of men's shaving.
3. Training youth on the types of Hairdressing tools and equipment and their use
4. Training youth on replace and maintain the safety and cleanliness of equipment.
5. Training youth on how to maintain their safety while using the equipment.
6. Conducting interim and final assessments and following up on youthprofessional progress.
7. Carry out and contribute to any activity related to the job under the supervision of the direct manager.
8. Adhere to the security and safety rules of the organization.
9. Adhere to the organization's work and job behavior rules.
10. Ensure that the environment in which young people work is safe and welcoming.
11. Carrying out the interim and final evaluation and registration of youth under the supervision of the direct manager
•The knowledge and ability to work on various Haircutting tools.
•The ability to work individually and within a team.
•The ability to skillfully write and draft reports.
•The ability to work with young people and withstand work pressure.
•Communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively.

Qualifications/Experience:
•At least four years of experience in the field of men'shaircutting.
•High school or institute certificate in men's haircutting vocation.
•Preference will be given to those who have related experience with youth trainings.
