• Staff Management:
❖ Monitor staff attendance, approve timesheets, and manage leave in collaboration with facility managers.
❖ Address service quality or staff behavior complaints with HR.
❖ Support staff recruitment with HR as needed.
• Operational and Logistical Oversight:
❖ Assess and forecast facility needs based on consumption data.
❖ Submit Purchase Requests for supplies/equipment and follow up with logistics for timely delivery.
❖ Monitor supply consumption and conduct spot-checks for accuracy.
• Service Delivery and Quality:
❖ Supervise health activities to ensure services meet quality standards.
❖ Conduct supervisory visits to monitor compliance and support improvements using checklists.
❖ Ensure Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) procedures are followed.
• Reporting:
❖ Submit weekly activity reports and contribute to monthly project reports.
❖Share field visit reports with Health Officer and Manager, including corrective plans.
❖ Report incidents/emergencies promptly with detailed documentation.
• Additional Duties:
❖ Perform tasks assigned by the line manager to support facility operations.
