This role involves overseeing daily facility operations, coordinating with the health Officer, project managers, and

local council to ensure compliance, timely reporting, and resolution of challenges. Key responsibilities include

managing incident reporting, supervising staff schedules and administrative leadership, organizing staff leave, and

assessing security risks to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

 

Assist the Health Officer in the following:

  • Submit comprehensive reports to the health Officer detailing hospital-related needs, challenges, and operational

    gaps.

  • Maintain proactive collaboration with project managers to address facility-related matters and ensure alignment

    with organizational goals.

  • Guarantee timely and accurate submission of all mandated reports to the organization, adhering to established

    deadlines and quality standards.

  • Oversee daily operations, including staff performance, workflow efficiency, and fulfillment of the facility’s core

    requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits of data collected across facility departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and actionable

    insights.

  • Promptly notify the health Officer of incidents or emergencies, followed by thorough documentation and incident

    reporting.

  • Manage staff scheduling, including daily attendance tracking for medical and administrative personnel, to ensure

    optimal staffing levels.

  • Provide direct supervision to the Administrative Director, offering strategic guidance and support to enhance

    departmental efficiency. 

  • Coordinate leave schedules for facility staff, balancing operational demands with employee well-being.
  • Engage in regular consultations with the local council to solicit feedback, address concerns, and foster

    collaborative decision-making.

  • Evaluate security conditions in partnership with the local council, conducting collaborative risk assessments and

    implementing mitigation strategies.

 

Mandatory Qualifications required

 

  • A medical diploma from a health institute, medical institute, nursing college, pharmacy college, dentistry college, human medicine college, medical and health sciences college, or their equivalent.

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.

     

Languages

  • Arabic: Level---- Fluent

  • English: Level---- Good

 

The salary will be defined regarding the SAMS’s Office salary scale on-going.
